Soak-Resistant Paper Straws
Solving the issue of traditional paper straws collapsing when in contact with liquids. After hundreds of tests, the latest version has a water absorption rate of less than 10%, and the stiffness degradation is below 70%. It can still be used for stirring after soaking for 30 minutes.
Crystalline PLA Straws
Achieving structural crystallization on the basis of PLA material, increasing product stiffness by 50%, significantly improving taste and odor performance, and enhancing heat resistance. Mass production was achieved in 2021.
Upgraded Paper Cup Lid Sealing
To meet the needs of hot beverage takeaway (e.g., coffee, milk tea), we have developed a series of injection-molded lids, vacuum-formed lids, and paper-plastic universal lids to enhance sealing and leak prevention, addressing bumpy delivery and thermal expansion/contraction scenarios.
Ppc-P New Material Application
Co-polymerized using CO₂ as a raw material, PPC-P offers high barrier properties, transparency, and biodegradability, combining environmental protection with cost advantages, paving the way for future green packaging.
Straw Visual Inspection System
We have introduced an automated inspection system that efficiently checks key parameters of straws, such as dimensions, defects, and ports, ensuring product stability and consistency.
Exploring New Processes
We continue to develop new materials and cup types to improve the tactile, visual, and user experience in response to trends in the beverage industry, expanding applicable categories.
