  • How Are Paper Cups Manufactured? How Are Paper Coffee Cups Made?

    Paper cups are manufactured through a process such as pe/pla coated(for liquid resistance), water flexo printing , die cutting, then cups forming (paperboard is molded into cup shape) and then quality checked before shipment. So the paper coffee cups made in the same way.

  • Are There Any Health Risks Associated With Drinking From Paper Cups?

    Possible minimal chemical migration (especially with hot liquids), but generally considered safe for occasional use under regulated limits. So pls don't worry, all our hot paper cups are certificated by SGS to approval food safety.

  • Can Paper Cups Be Reused?

    Often not recommended - the plastic lining degrades with washing, and moisture weakens the paper structure, creating bacterial risks.

  • Why Do Some Paper Cups Have A Waxy Feel?

    Now modern paper cups are NOT wax inside. The feeling due to the inside thin PE /PLA lined which provides liquid resistance.

  • Do Paper Cups Release Microplastics?

    Yes, studies show paper cups plastic layer can degrade when exposed to hot liquids. Often for the hot drinking paper cups, to be safety, pls  keep beverage temperatures below 95°C.

  • Is A Paper Cup Safe For Hot Water?

    Yes. food-grade paper cups for hot drinks are designed for hot liquids.

  • Is A Paper Cup Safe For Cold Drinks?

    Yes, cold beverages pose minimal risk as lower temperatures reduce chemical migration and maintain double pe coated paper cold drinking cup integrity longer.

  • Is It Safe To Have Coffee With A Paper Cup?

    Paper cups with PE coating are food-safe for hot drinks below 140°C. While FDA-approved for temperatures up to 88°C, coffee's heat and acidity may slightly increase chemical leaching compared to other beverages.
